By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information: All information provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

2. Registration Fee: Registration is subject to a fee. Payment details will be communicated to applicants after their applications have been reviewed. Refund requests may be submitted to the organizing committee.

3. Photo Authorization: I grant Miss Bembe Grand USA permission to use my submitted official photograph for contestant profiles, promotional materials, and public voting related to the competition.

4. Competition Guidelines: I agree to respect and comply with all official competition rules, procedures, and decisions of the organizing committee.

5. Application Approval: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to official review and approval.

6. Professional Conduct: All contestants are expected to demonstrate respect, integrity, professionalism, and good sportsmanship throughout the competition.
